  Sleepy Creek MHP was founded in 1987 to provide spacious homesites for Mobile Homes. 

Sleepy Creek Mobile Home Park is an 89 lot mobile home park situated in a country setting minutes from the intersection of Rts 98 and 401. Although we are in a quiet part of town, we're near large shopping areas. We offer low rent which includes water, sewer and trash pick-up. The only utility residents pay for is electric. Homesites vary from wooded and private, to open and spacious. Residents can personalize their lots with private sheds, plantings, gardens and outdoor furnature.
